Sažetak
Interesting mega-structure with clear zoning of work and living spaces. The upper zone is intended for living, and it uses a concep of small houses, a micro-urbanism inside the system of a two-level construction network. The speciality of this project is that while dealing with this topic, a lot of research was done regarding individual living in single houses within the matrix of collective living. It became a logical solution, and the ventilation system of the building with big two-storey flats and green terraces contributes to the quality of living in this urban area.
