Sažetak
Inside the given location, building freestanding objects of smaller plan dimensions and different hights with a reduced ground floor area and different purposes introduces new space realtionships between residential and bussiness areas in a subtle way. The lot is opened up by multiple passages, making the whole ground floor a public space. The construction of wooden laminated piers and double beams indicate subtility in building simple elements. Business areas are designed very functionally with reduced shapes and the residential elements are radically functional.
