Sažetak
Atrium house of simple element with successfully solved asymetric loggias, where the stratification of the interior is achieved, harmonised with programs logic that is manifested in the different types of space organisation of the ground floor intended for services and entrances for business and residential areas on the upper levels. Alternating full and empty spaces allow for a simple concept by drawing outside spaces such as green terraces and gardens into the inside. Business spaces on lower levels, and the more spacious flats on the upper levels. This grants more intimity and security. The shape of the facade reflects the interior, and by using a composite of glass and wood it contributes to more clarity.
