Sažetak
The conception of a broken line with the lower element of public purpose and the emphasised residential-business towers is interesting because of its urbanistic manner since it leaves enough free space for horticulture as implies on the transformation of a conventional city block. Business areas are rationally designed, and the residential elements on the two upper levels inare constructed luxuriously with big flats with recessed terraces. The uppermost levels are different from the business levels where the double glass facade is used. Sun protection is provided by wooden shades which emphasises the functionality of the space.
