Sažetak
Urbanistic concept of a mega-structure, carried out in a very consistent way, with, narrow supporting panels of reinforced concrete and a structure of wooden frames that connect and provide functional areas for business on one hand, and residential areas on the other, represent radical but inovative solution. Co-working and co-living which are connected and separated by a core create a living dynamic organism. This concept is done in plan as well as in shaping where the hybridity of construction is emphasized. Concrete elements are lined with thin glass which appears like monolite, while the wooden structure suggests the game of arranging spaces. This project was most successful in solving the presented problem and using the materials suggested in an innovative way. Both the engineering and planing work follow the same idea which resulted in a design worth an award.
