Sažetak
The article illustrates the marginalization of gender mainstreaming through selected examples of Croatian policy documents. It also highlights the gender dimension of decision-making in Croatian higher education, as well as the marginalization of feminist knowledge in Croatian university programs, whilst paying tribute to positive advances in the representation of women in Croatian academia.
