Sažetak
Drug-induced lupus (DIL) is a syndrome similar to systemic lupus erythematosus, which occurs after the administration of various drugs. Only three cases in the literature associate clozapine with the development of DIL. They describe mild or moderately severe diseases that were treated by clozapine cessation. We report a case of severe clozapine-associated lupus that escalated to hemodynamic instability and progressive hypoxia and required broad supportive care, discontinuation of clozapine, and treatment with corticosteroids.
