Sažetak
Measuring of rotor or shaft position in bearingless system is essential for proper functioning. This paper presents simulation concept for rotor position measurement based on Eddy current principle and phase shift measurement and possible usage in case of different rotor material. Concept presented in paper is based on injection locking phenomena between coupled oscillators. Two opposite pair of sensing oscillators is electrically coupled via resistor. In injection locking conditions phase shift between coupled oscillators is proportional to rotor movement. Change of inductance for Eddy current sensor is simulated in Flux and behaviour of circuit is simulated in Lt Spice program.
