Sažetak
Living in a world where each day hard consequences of global warming and pollution are mentioned, effects people and nations. Different species are endangered, the climate is changing, there are more and more events of natural disasters and the main cause of that is human ignorance. In order to correct the situation in the last few decades the implementation of systems using the sources of renewable energy has increased. The significance of usinge the sources of renewable energy, such as sun, wind and water, has been recognized and is even often viewed as the only source of energy in the future. Following that idea, the idea of solar roads developed. The goal of this paper is to give a thorough explanation of the solar roads technology and the broad effect it can have on the economic growth and development.
