Sažetak
The aim of this paper is to define planning and motivation processes that are being conducted in small companys, more particulary in Dex Plc. Human resources consists of different personalities, attitudes, emotional and rational intelligences and other features that makes planning and motivation a hard job. For that reason, this paper will explain procedures and process, also as possible barriers and outcomes for problematic solution. Moreover, it will be examined how the planning and motivation processes can be upgraded, what are the main characteristics, how to overcome barriers and how to resolve problems. As an example of a small company, Dex Plc. will give an insight in the planning and motivation processes conducted within it. The example of Dex Plc. is taken as a case study because it exists on the market over 20 years which signifies its importance and success as a small company and it provides good example of succesful practice.
