Sažetak
Human resources management is the sum of all intellectual and psychic resources that a company has and may engage in the business process with the aim of achieving its business and development goals. Human resources management as a function of the company is very complex because it includes large variation of functions such as planning, recruiting, selection, evaluation and rewarding of employees. Human resource management functions have to be conducted in proper way in order to lead an enterprise that is and is going to be successful. In Park plaza Belvedere, managers of each department are in charge for running human resource functions. Since, PPB is Arenaturist’s hotel that operates during the entire year, has a great capacity, and achieves good business results it is a good material for the analysis of the functions of human resources management.
