Sažetak
Residual stressesi Al EN 6060 billets are due not homogenized structure in cross-casting. During extrusion in profiles this mechanism continues, distorts the profiles along the length of the deformed shape and size. The microstructure formed the mechanism of deformation on the surface profile affects the compactness and shades of the color deosite or protective covers. The chemical composition of the alloy Al EN 6060 is changing the cross section of billet especially the share of light impurities (Ti, Na, Mg) and heavy (Fe, Pb, Mn, Zn, Cu, Sn, Mo) metal, so it is important to explore relationship and determine the minimum and maximum amounts of these elements, and the degree of homogenization of logs and identify zones of increased concentration on the deformed sections such as deviations from flatness.
