Sažetak
Since each organisation creates specific corporate culture that defines behaviour of the emloyees, it also creates rules and procedures of internal commnication. Therefore, company management should define internal communication security procedures to ensure security their employees on all levels. Efficient procedures can help emloyees avoid mobbing and conflicts that might have negative influence on company results.
