Sažetak
In this study composition, abundance and biomass of different categories of discard in the commercial bottom trawl fisheries in the Adriatic Sea were investigated. The study showed that very important category of discard were undersized commercial species as hake, pandora and red mullet and share of these species in the catches were highest in the fishing grounds located in their nursery areas.
