Sažetak
This paper deals with the Internet of Things solutions and value chain related to the Smart City domain. Characterization of the IoT services and applications including connectivity requirements is proposed and illustrated with two case studies, on smart parking and air quality monitoring based on urban crowd sensing. Regulatory issues, as well as the role of the national regulatory authority for electronic communications are presented.
