Sažetak
The success in business is not guaranteed only by using the business intelligence technology, but its usage establishes conditions, procedures and mechanisms for creating quality information and business knowledge as means for successful response to numerous pressures in dynamical and complex business environment. The results of the research about the level and use of business intelligence in Croatian and Slovenian large organizations, the countries involved in transition process, are presented. The objective of the research is to identify the similarities and differences between two countries.
