Sažetak
Radiofrequency (RF) spectrum is a scarce natural resource which requires careful management in order to assure harmonization and its efficient usage. RF spectrum management starts at international level by adoption of frequency allocation tables which define general usage of RF bands. These tables are implemented on national level, in the national table of frequency allocation (NTFA). In line with NTFA, licenses for spectrum usage are issued.
