Sažetak
Teachers, educational institutions and other relevant organizations use different ICT tools and services to help their students to develop soft skills. A new technology that facilitates recognition and credentialing of different skills and learning achievements, and can further increase learning motivation, is that of digital badges, and more specifically Open Badges. In this paper are presented the results the EU LLP research project “Grading soft skills - GRASS”, accomplished within the application case that is organised at University of Zagreb, Faculty of Textile Technology. The project called SAGRADA is developed to support the process of awarding badges for different soft skills. The core of the SAGRADA model is a set of metrics, carefully developed for specific practical application cases following pedagogical approaches. The badging process at University of Zagreb is conducted with two groups of students: students of clothing technology and students of textile and fashion design. In the focus of grading were creativity, collaboration and communication. For each skill is specified an importance statement, pedagogical approach and specific metric. In order to receive students' reactions towards the use of Open Badges and the importance of soft skills, a survey is conducted.
