Sažetak
Feasibility study with cost-benefit analysis includes a comprehensive analysis of the Biocentre project. The Business Innovation Centre of Croatia BICRO) aimed to establish a biosciences technology transfer and business incubation facility (Biosciences Technology Commercialisation and Incubation Centre ‐ BIOCentre) in partnership with the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports, the University of Zagreb and the City of Zagreb. As a major project within the IPA IIIc Regional Competitiveneness Operational Programme, the BIOCentre project was approved for financing by the European Commission and subsequently implemented.
