Sažetak
PC based microwave oscillator phase noise measuring system is described. The main part of the system is a phase discriminator, which utilizes a transmission-line resonator. The resonator is tuned with a pair of the reflection-type electronic phase shifter, allowing both wide radio frequency coverage and simplicity of the control circuits. Designed system covers frequency band from 1.25 to 2.5GHz. System is controlled by personal computer.
