Sažetak
SEECEL has published the 'Training Needs Analysis and Quality Assurance for SMEs – Western Balkans and Turkey’s Small Business Community Experience’. This is third TNA publication SEECEL has published, first one being the TNA published in 2012 and the second being the 'Women Entrepreneurs Training Needs Analysis System' in 2014. The new publication is a result of an intensive effort by the Development and Advisory Network for Enterprises Training (DANET) and the eight business associations from the South East Europe and Turkey. Due to the specifics of the region and because previous TNA experience showed that medium-sized enterprises do differ to a large extent from the micro and small enterprises in regards to the approach to their approach to human capital development, this publication focused only on micro and small enterprises. Furthermore, the focus on the micro and small enterprises has been set as these enterprises represent more than 95% of all business subjects in each of the countries from South East Europe and Turkey. Therefore, research encompassed the sample of 2557 micro and small enterprises in three strategic sectors as highlighted by the South East Europe 2020 strategy - food and beverage production and processing, manufacturing and tourism.
