Sažetak
The world, the European and the Croatian hotel industry are all exsposed to an increasignly stronger competition and are contenders in a ruthless contest for better positions on the hotel market. The competition on the hospitality market shall doubtlessly continue to spread and intensify. The development of new services to cater to the hotel guest's needs shall be decisive for differentation from innumerable competitors on the global market. From idea to launch the new service will pass through many stages critical for its successs. the competition closely follows the situation and quite easyily imitates (specially in the service sector) good new solutions. Not solely the act of simple innovation, but the speed of its introduction is increasingly becoming one of the most effective advantage gaining tools. Therefore, the goal is not only to launch a new service successfully, impeccably, but to do it quicker than the competition bearing in mind the global processses. The objective is to develop a new hotel service with quality, speed and on a global scale.
