Sažetak
The aim of the paper is to provide a comparative analysis in Croatia and neighbouring countries on the characteristics of the existing systems of administrative education and the structure of employees in public administration according to their education level and type, in order to find out whether they are in alignment with the contemporary trends in PA education and the recruitment of civil servants.
