Sažetak
Trust is a complex concept that has different meanings depending on the situations and relationships that are observed. Within the project management a lot of empirical studies were conducted that confirm the importance of trust as an essential element for the success of the project. Trust is an essential element of a healthy and cooperative ties between employees, business and profession. The main objective of this article is to analyze the element of trust in projects, based on different case studies. The role of trust in project management will be observed within business cases. Through a review of the world literature the current status of the element of trust will be pointed out, with respect to the positive results of the project. The purpose of this article is also to analyze trust in different industries, as an essential element for building long-term relationships within the project participants.
