Sažetak
In this paper is analyzed the prevailing social problems related to the Croatian island’s population from the perspective of one of the most widely read daily newspaper on the islands - Slobodna Dalmacija. The main objective is to determine the basic patterns of reporting about Croatian islands during the years 2005 and 2006.
