We want to remember William Feller is considered to be one of the most influential mathematicians of the 20th century and one of the fathers of the probability theory. him anon his 110 th birth anniversary. He was a member of several academies of sciences and arts, was awarded with the National Medal of Science of the USA in 1969. We describe his education and life with special reference to one of the strongest theorems in probability theory: Lindeberg- Feller's theorem.
