Sažetak
The paper reports on safety at work measures that are carried out at execution of mining operations in technical stone quarries. Since the technological process of stone exploitation consists of several phases, not only safety at work measures, but also specific protective measures for each individual phase are described. During stone exploitation and processing it always comes to dust and waste gases emission, which in some situations can impair the quality of air and environment. Therefore, special attention is paid to sources of dust emission and methods of polluted air purification for certain machines, vehicles, devices and work operation. A processing plant with marked places of dust removal is shown, and work of cyclone colectors and fabric filters is described.
