Sažetak
Mentor plays an important role in students PhD programme. Accordingly, succes in obtaining a PhD relies upon a close and productive relationship between doctoral student and his mentor. However, not every student has an adequate relationship with mentor, and there are few possible causes of it. One of the most important reasons lies in the fact that some mentors do not have necessery experience to lead PhD student through his PhD research programme. Additionally, students don't always know what to seek in this relationship. Therefore, mentoring workshop is considered as one of the best solutions for above-mentioned problems. Faculty of Medicine Osijek organized two mentoring workshops with the purpose of improving mentoring quality within the Postgraduate Doctoral Study of Biomedicine and Health in Osijek. The aim of this study was to assess quality and relevance of this workshop.
