Sažetak
Creativity is the essential source of all invention and innovation. It is derived from imaginative thought rather than from rational thought and it creates change. Innovation is closely associated with and flows out of creativity. Innovation represents a wide range of activities to improve firm performance, including the implementation of a new or significantly improved product, service, distribution process, manufacturing process, marketing or organizational method. The aim of this work is to analyze the level of innovation in Croatia in relation to countries in the region.
