Sažetak
Satisfaction of demanding customers in the transport sector is nowadays crucial when services and products can be paid via electronic paying systems, by using various substitutes in information distribution, passengers and goods transportation, as well because of great competition in the area of transport services and in other activities which companies of that kind provide (goods and services sales). Introduction of new and accessible ways of paying, via prepaid cards, at all sales centres of transport companies (railway stations, post offices, highway toll booths, self-vending machines, Internet shopping, etc), in quite short period of time, significantly increases quality of broad spectra of services and products, decreases operative risk and expenses in dealing with cash at the cash registers and enables fast transactions, increasing image of a certain company. Loyalty customers number growth and market expansion based on better services, especially within traditional and public companies are the direct result of new services implementation
