Sažetak
The study was conducted as a retrosepctive cohort study using data from the Clinic s birth records.Maternal residence at the time of delivery was taken as an exposure variable, with city area forming the high exposure zone and the of the region being the reference area.The results suggest possible weak association of air pollution and preterm deliveries, while no positive association was found regarding IUGR.
