Sažetak
During a period of two years electrical resistance was measured in the tree cambial zone and live bark of undamaged and damaged trees on three experimental plots of Pedunculate oak and one plot of Sessile-flowered oak. In both species highest resistance was determined during the vegetational interphase and lowest during the vegetational season, when the cambial zone is best developed. In all measurings damaged trees showed higher resistance then undamaged, or less damaged trees. Trees in less favorable social positions recorded higher electrical resisrance then trees with favorable social positions. Trees progressively dying back, as well as dead trees, have relatively low electriclal resisrtance due to the release of ions, as a consequence of wood mass decay. Less favorable state of nutrition with several plant nutrients was determined in damaged trees.
