Sažetak
This paper deals with Warner Bros. Cartoons, a division of the Warner Bros. Pictures which operated from 1933 till 1969. It describes the development of one of the most successful animation studios in American history and presents innovations that were introduced by its ingenious directors and animators. It also explains the importance of its most prominent animated heroes – Porky Pig, Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck. Further on, it provides an insight into Hollywood society and explains in which way Hollywood movie stars, singers and other notable people in history were caricatured, parodied, satirized or simply presented as grotesque.
