Sažetak
The aim of this research was the integration of ICT, especially in teaching nature and science, as a school subject which integrates contents of many sciences. The research tasks include the assessment of the teachers’ and students’ competences, significance, and support of schools and faculties in the use of ICT in education so far, but also in teaching. A survey was conducted on a sample of 141 respondents (67 classroom teachers and 74 students of the Faculty of Teacher Education in Rijeka). This paper presents the results of a preliminary study: display of performance characteristics of the measuring instrument, assessment of students and teachers of the support, significance, and competence in the use of ICT in teaching nature and science.
