Sažetak
Composite materials are materials obtained by joining two or more different materials with a compatible matrix as a binder for the purpose of obtaining specific properties. Polyester laminates are obtained by various production methods, and in this paper are more detailed described manual and RTM laminating procedure. The advantages and disadvantages of the two most commonly used procedures are shown. An example of boat hull production, techno-economic analysis was made. It is concluded that the RTM procedure is economically more cost-effective in relation to production by manual air extrusion.
