Sažetak
ELP delivery system can be used to target specific proteins in tumors. Notch signaling is compromised in glioma and using an inhibitor linked to ELP can change glioma cells growth and gene expression of target genes. Addition of a cell penetrating peptide to the complex facilitates uptake in the cell.
