Sažetak
Vertical cavity surface emitting lasers (VCSEL) are used in broadband communication and measurement systems, where differential drive is applied. It order to determine the cause of the degradation in CMRR, an equivalent circuit model of the laser diode is developed. Asymmetry in the equivalent electrical circuit model is examined.
