Sažetak
In 1996 we started TEP. Until now we performed 120 TEP billateral, 7 recurrent. For TEP usually three trocars were advocated for access. We performed TEP with two trocars for Nyhus I, II and IIIa hernia. A 10 mm trocar is placed at umbilicus for the camera an insertion of the mesh. We found that average operative time is no longer than with three trocars. There were no complications nor recurrence. We consider that TEP by two trocars its feasible and has all advantages minimaly invasive surgery.
