Sažetak
The talk about bioethical standards opened not just a question of needed features for the mere discipline of bioethics, but implicitly also the question about the carriers of the discipline – bioethicists themselves. Starting from research results of different aspects of ethical leadership we build a theoretical framework for the analogous leadership in the field of bioethics. By widening the theoretical framework with philosophical and psychological analysis we specify some necessary features for such special kind of normative leadership. Finally, we argue that further dissemination provide fruitful theoretical and practical ground for articulation of basic features of bioethical leadership as the most important standards of bioethicist’s work and behaviour.
