Sažetak
The necessity of understanding the interpersonal psychological needs is increasingly important in the world of developed and highly humanized social relations. Due to world trends, Psychiatric Clinic in Rijeka has being involved in diagnostic, educational, therapeutic and research activities. One of the aims of this study was education of nurses which has improved the emotional capacity and improvement of conscious and unconscious attitudes of staff towards a patient. Understanding the importance of interpersonal relationships and the ability to consider and address these relationships is beneficial to both staff and patients.
