Sažetak
IEC/TS 60076-19:2013 gives the procedures for the determination of uncertainties in the measurement of the losses on power transformers and reactors. The purpose of IEC/TS is to ensure that all transformers manufacturers estimate measurement uncertainty in the same way. IEC/TS procedure is compared to previously developed ATT procedure used in „Končar“ Power Transformer factory. In the paper results of comparison are presented. Both procedures are made on the same principles, still they give different estimates of measurement uncertainty. In the paper, shortcomings and deficiencies of IEC/TS procedures are pointed out and improvements are suggested. New components of measurement uncertainty of load and no-load losses are introduced and also the procedures of measurement uncertainties estimation for no-load current and short-circuit impedance voltage are proposed.
