Sažetak
The study is the result of a research of which the aim was to determine the perceptions of students of the teacher training study regarding the teaching of mathematics in primary education and the use of information and communication technology in primary education. The research was conducted on a sample of 111 students of the teacher training study. The research results show that the use of information and communication technology in the teaching process opens the door to the learner, the realisation of a class is easier, the studwnts are more motivated to solve problems in a different, more familiar manner and lessons are more entertaining.
