Sažetak
This paper describes possible expert system for training candidates for drivers of motor vehicles based on the use of satellite positioning system installed in the vehicle. The solution is based on collecting and analysing real-time kinetic values during the drive, from which it is possible to infer reliable driving characteristics of drivers. Basic input values obtained from the satellite positioning system are speed of movement, acceleration and deceleration, time of active and passive driving, and the average driving speed. Based on the measured values, special software solution performs analysis of input values and provides output parameters that define the basic driving characteristics of individual drivers. The proposed expert system would considerably improve the quality of driving training, reduce training costs and ensure standardization of examination criteria.
