Sažetak
We analyze the differences in servitization strategy between developed and developing countries. Large GMRG V round from 2012 with 988 manufacturing companies is used to see how servitization strategies differ in competitiveness, business results and profit margin. Structural equation model is applied to servitized and unservitized sample.
