Sažetak
The development of technology reduced the cost of collecting data with sensors. Sensor integration becomes an integral part of the spatial information systems like spatial data infrastructure (SDI). Data model of marine and coastal spatial data organised and distributed through Marine SDI (MSDI) is especially wide and special and needs apropriate integration of sensor data. Integration of data obtained by the sensor leeds to richer data volume, but also big data problems. Planned integration of sensors in the MSDI provides for greater interoperability. We present method to inclusion observation sensors via OGC Sensor Observation Service (SOS), in MSDI in Croatian case, from organizational and informational point of view. Croatian MSDI is also taking into account INSPIRE directive in general conceptual model, so we will take reflect on Guidance for INSPIRE download services and Observations & Measurements & SWE Guidelines. Future research needs to take into account seamless data migration trought World Wide Web (WWW) with familiar tools to solutions and applications. We are also opening discussion for sensor data quality assurance and assessment
