Sažetak
Use of internet has proven to be so much a benefit to our lives that right to Internet access (right to broadband) has recently been made a human right in certain countries like France, UK, Finland or Estonia. According to this right a human being has the right to access the Internet as a matter of utilizing a public utility and the promoters of the idea of constitutionalisation of this right emphasize that the role of internet is very important in exercising freedom of speech, as well as many other fundamental human rights. However, one issue that has been neglected is that internet is merely a technology, an enabler of rights, and not a right itself.
