Sažetak
In this paper, the authors try to link the concept of dynamic capabilities with company’s performance. Although dynamic capabilities have in the past decade become a hot topic among strategic management scholars, there is a lack of empirical research that integrates dynamic capabilities and company’s performance. By using the contexts of Croatian textile, apparel and footwear industries, the authors try to empirically test this link, and suggest how its application could improve a company’s performance. Specifically, a survey was conducted with a goal to test the positive impact of learning capabilities, dynamic capabilities and operations capabilities on overall performance.
