Sažetak
Neoliberal capitalism, inspired by the neoliberal economic and political dogma, here referred to as “neoliberal geopolitics” has effectively eroded the capitalist welfare state that has for decades existed in the developed countries of the West. It has also effectively managed to crush the social state that existed during the socialist-communist period in the former socialist countries of Europe, the former Soviet Union, and the P.R. China as well. Social movements, although ubiquitous, are becoming an ineffective way of struggle against neoliberal geopolitics (i.e. essentially detrimental ideology aimed at destruction of the welfare state). Therefore, it is necessary to look for the alternatives.
