Sažetak
We present case series, with a temporary side limb conduit was used to maintain DAP and for reattachement of critical intercostal arteries in order to prevent paraplegia. The value and optimal method for DAP during TAAA rapair remains undefined. Results of this series are favouroble, although derived from a small and selected group of patients.
