Sažetak
This work shows the procedure of a laparoscopical- endoscopical operation of a perforated gastric ulcer, with biopsy and the application of great omentum as a vital implement in the perforated hole of the ulcer. A combination of endoscopy and laparoscopical surgical procedure give a good insight in the passability of the pylorus and duodenum, and the intraoperational biopsy of the mucosis gives the definitive histological findings. By using the endoscopical biopsy of the mucosis of the stomach and duodenum we can determine an eventual presence of Helicobacter pylori in the bioptic material (an indication for the continuation of conservative therapy in H. pylori eradication). The laparoscopic approach to perforated ulcer, beside the fact that the patient has a quick recovery, gives also satisfactionary possibilities for the good cleaning of the abdomen. The reconstruction of the surgical procedure was documented on the pathological material of the Department of Pathology of the Cinical Hospital "Sestre milosrdnice" in Zagreb, Croatia
